Como buen napolitano fueron las lecciones de su abuela y de su madre las que le inspiraron a decantarse por la cocina familiar, tradicional, que encuentras en muchos hogares de N\u00e1poles.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Esa forma que tiene Angelo de cocinar nos recuerda a las propuestas que nos ofrec\u00edan Carlo y Adela en su m\u00edtico Da Carlo.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Su llegada a Valencia se produjo con la entrada del nuevo siglo, abriendo su anterior establecimiento, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/relazzarone.com\/en\/entrevista-a-angelo-nasti-secretos-autentica-pizza-napolitana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Luna Rossa,<\/a><\/strong> en la prolongaci\u00f3n de La Alameda. Fueron buenos tiempos, pero pasados unos a\u00f1os decidi\u00f3 cambiar de aires; lo traspas\u00f3 y puso rumbo a los EEUU, pero despu\u00e9s de unos a\u00f1os decidi\u00f3 regresar a Valencia y abrir un nuevo local donde ofrecernos una aut\u00e9ntica y genuina gastronom\u00eda napolitana.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Decidi\u00f3 que Campanar era un buen lugar para abrir su nuevo espacio y hace un par de a\u00f1os abri\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Da \u00c1ngelo by Re Lazzarone<\/strong>\u00a0en un claro ejercicio de naturalidad y de reivindicaci\u00f3n de la cocina italiana y, por supuesto, de la napolitana.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Acogedor, como las trattorias que pululan por los alrededores de la Capilla Real del Tesoro de San Genaro en N\u00e1poles. Echo una ojeada a su carta y elijo platos tradicionales en esta primera visita. En ellos busco sabores y texturas sabrosas y agradables que me reconforten como lo hac\u00eda la cocina italiana que encontraba en Da Carlo.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Lo primero que le pido son unas cortadas de\u00a0mortadela bolo\u00f1esa.\u00a0Ese sabor natural que encuentro me parece inolvidable; adem\u00e1s, lo acompa\u00f1a con un grisines reci\u00e9n horneados, para disfrutar de esa sensaci\u00f3n que siempre te produce el pan salido del horno y que me recuerda a mi infancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Y qu\u00e9 mejor que seguir con un Vitello Tonnato, en el que destaco la calidad de la ternera y la refinada salsa, casi crema, por lo untuoso de esta variante de la mahonesa aromatizada con at\u00fan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Art\u00edculo de Pedro G.
