En <em>Da Angelo Relazzarone<\/em>, rendimos homenaje a esta delicia tradicional con una receta fiel a sus ra\u00edces, elaborada con ingredientes frescos y todo el cari\u00f1o de la cocina siciliana.<\/p>\n<p>El origen del <strong>cannolo siciliano<\/strong> se remonta a la \u00e9poca \u00e1rabe en Sicilia, entre los siglos IX y XI. Su forma cil\u00edndrica, rellena de un delicado <strong>queso ricotta endulzado<\/strong>, simbolizaba la fertilidad y era com\u00fan prepararlo durante el Carnaval.
