I was born in Naples where cooking is art, family and above all tradition; where food invades life and every corner of the city. From a family of cooks, as it could not be otherwise, my vocation for gastronomy did not take long to arrive when I was only 15 years old.
My path began with training in various restaurants between Naples and Bologna and later, because of my desire to share my knowledge, passion and culinary culture brought me to a country as fond of good gastronomy as Spain.
I arrived in Castellón in 1997 to join the restaurant team Etrusco as a pizza maker. It was during my stay in the restaurant when the first pizza championship was held in Spain, where I won 1st Prize in Decoration and 3rd Prize in Quality. In 1998 I opened my first restaurant in Castellón, Capri.
Seven years later my path took me to Valencia to inaugurate my new project, Luna Rossa. A benchmark for Italian cuisine in Valencia for over a decade, frequented by a multitude of personalities from the world of sport, culture and Valencian politics. In 2017, following the success of Luna Rossa arrived the opening of Dolce&Salato, my first lounge bar and pastry shop. Currently, with the same enthusiasm as the first, I am opening the restaurant in 2020 Re LazzaroneMy best version, thanks to my extensive experience and knowledge acquired throughout my career.
